Join this 6 week program to learn the benefits of interval training!

April 7th to May 12th

Join Sarah weekly, to learn the benefits of interval training, and do your intervals with other runners, in a group setting. The group meets at 6pm, every Monday, except Monday April 21st (Easter Monday) beginning in April. We train for 1-1.5 hours, which includes warm up, interval running, short strength and stretching. With the in-person program you will get a weekly strength and running program for the duration of the training! Ramp up your training in time for the warmer months!

Cost is $150.00

Minimum of 4, Maximum of 8 participants. Designed for intermediate runners.
