What does personal training with Sarah look like?
We begin with your health history and intake interview. If we decide we are a good match, then we do an in person movement assessment. From there, I develop workouts and a program based on your starting point, physical goals, and movement needs.
We will meet on a regular basis in the beginning to go over form, and to ensure you are comfortable in the gym environment, and safe in your weight training.
I specialize in helping women build a great foundation to excel in their everyday lives and outdoor activities.
