Running Training
I will provide you with a specific training program to match your skill level and goals. There will be weekly check-ins to keep you accountable and on track!
Run Group
This is a weekly run group on Mondays at 6pm. A social opportunity for runners with some experience under their belt who would like peer support and camaraderie. Returning to running, and, intermediate runners welcome!
